WHAT WE DO...
A journey that comes with a package of perseverance and hope for a purpose driven choice. Care Concept-Solutions provides support, and accomodation for young people in local authority care and also for care leavers. With a drive from resourceful professional experience, we provide services to support a lifelong learning to help raise self esteem through mentoring and equipping young people towards their independence.

We help our young people take responsibility for how they relate with other people, being mindful of other people's space.
We take responsibility for helping intergrate the support network around the young person
SUPPORT
We strive for the best possible professional standards and develop our knowledge to include new guidance and best practice wherever possible.
We encourage acquiring skills for our young people by working hand in hand with various organisations such as Adviza, Jobskilla,
Princes Trust, Job centres, Heathrow Academy among others for inter-personal developmental resources.
